Median-joining haplotype network for COI sequences in P. semisulcatus obtained from different areas in the North-West of the Red Sea. The branch length is proportional to the number of substitutions. Black transverse bars in the branches represent the polymorphic sites that differ among haplotypes. Circles represent haplotypes and their diameters are proportional to the haplotype frequencies. The Colour legend is shown on the down-right side of the graphic.
