Bayesian inference tree for the genus Parapenaeopsis. A 517 bp fragment of CO1 barcode for 147 sequences were utilized under ‘GTR’ model following a mutation rate of 1% per million year. Numbers at the nodes represent divergence in million years and shadings represent Bayesian posterior probabilities (PP, %). Metapenaeus dobsoni (GenBank accession number: MK779148) and Metapenaeopsis barbata (GenBank accession number: NC_040139) were used as outgroup. Numbers following the names of countries (BD- Bangladesh, IN- India, IR- Iran, CH- China, SL- Sri Lanka, MO- Mozambique) represent the number of individuals.
