Copyright and license agreement

Starting 2022, all articles in Aquatic Living Resources is published in Open Access. Copyright on any article published from 2022 in Aquatic Living Resources is retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any media, provided the original work is properly cited.

License agreement

Authors grant the Publisher a license to publish the article and identify EDP Sciences as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use, distribute and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Permission to reuse

For Aquatic Living Resources, permissions to reuse concern only papers published before 2022. For the papers published from 2022 in Aquatic Living Resources copyright is retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any media, provided the original work is properly cited.

All requests for permission to use and/or reproduce copyrighted material from EDP Sciences journals and books should be sent to the EDP Sciences Copyright Department:

  1. title of EDP Sciences work;
  2. full bibliographical reference;
